CONCRETE ACTS LIKE A LUNG
Concrete is full of capillaries which are full of air. When the sun hits the concrete the air expands in the capillaries forcing the air to blow out or up through the concrete. DO NOT put down sealer during this stage. As temperatures cool the air in the capillaries cool which causes the air to be sucked in.
This is the IDEAL stage to put down concrete sealer.
